- SPEAKER. AUTHOR. LEGACY BUILDER
Empowering Immigrants to Win in the Boardroom and Beyond

Stages Graced By Nadine

Who is Nadine?
Nadine Niba is not just a speaker. She is a movement.
She is a first-generation immigrant, an award-winning risk leader, and the author of Quarterback: An Immigrant’s Guide to Corporate America. Nadine Niba has emerged as one of the most powerful voices advocating for identity, strategy, resilience, and legacy among underrepresented professionals in Corporate North America.
Nadine has built a remarkable career in the highly competitive world of Big Four consulting. She currently leads large-scale integrated audits, engagements with SEC registrants, and PCAOB-compliant reviews for Fortune 500 companies and Crown corporations in Canada. Her area of specialization is Enterprise Risk Management and she brings over a decade of experience working at three of the four largest professional services firms in the world.
However, Nadine’s story extends far beyond her resume. Her journey began in Cameroon and brought her across continents to boardrooms where she was often the only woman, the only immigrant, and the only Black professional at the table. Rather than shrink in these spaces, she chose to rise. She studied the unwritten rules, decoded the political landscape, and carved her own path to success.
Today, Nadine does not just participate in the system. She is helping to transform it.
She created a personal philosophy rooted in intentional leadership: to become the quarterback of her own career. Rather than reacting to decisions made by others, she learned to call the plays. Now she equips others to do the same

Empowering Leaders with Purpose and Strategy
Her speaking is highly strategic yet deeply personal. Nadine equips professionals to lead with clarity, show up with intention, and build careers with strategic focus. She helps her audience see themselves more clearly and understand the systems they navigate more intelligently. She provides language for their experiences and frameworks for their next steps. Her audiences leave feeling empowered, not just inspired.

A Voice Rooted in Truth and Hope
Nadine speaks from a place of deep personal truth. Her voice is grounded in the realities of navigating corporate systems as a first-generation immigrant, a woman of color, and a high performing professional in spaces where she was often underestimated or overlooked. Rather than becoming hardened by those experiences, she transformed them into tools she now uses to equip others. Her approach is deeply human and refreshingly honest. She is not afraid to say hard truths but delivers them with compassion. Her message is never one of despair. It is always rooted in hope, strategy, and strength.

Global Perspective, Local Impact
A distinctive quality Nadine brings to every engagement is her global perspective. Having lived, learned, and led across multiple countries and corporate cultures, she understands leadership is not one size fits all. She knows how culture, bias, and perception influence opportunity. Nadine speaks with cultural fluency that resonates across borders. She has collaborated with diverse teams in Canada, the United States, The United Kingdom, Europe, The Caribbean, Africa and India and brings that insight into every room. Whether addressing an executive boardroom in Calgary, a conference in the Caribbean, a professional summit in Atlanta, or a leadership workshop for rising talent, Nadine brings the same energy, precision, and presence.

Speaking from Experience, Leading with Heart
What makes Nadine’s presence on stage unforgettable is the way she combines her expertise with powerful storytelling. She does not simply share data or recite leadership theories. She tells real stories of setbacks and comebacks, negotiating worth, rebuilding identity, and thriving in spaces not designed with her in mind. She uses her lived experience as a lens, not a limitation. She has stood at the intersection of excellence and exclusion and learned how to turn obstacles into opportunity.

Success stories from our clients
I read the preface, summaries and content already and it already feels like the answer to my questions. I’m very excited!!! It already feels like I am going to have one of those moments where “a book changed my life.”

Alison
I just finished my copy. It’s nothing short of what I expected from you – well written, the illustration and application are spot on. To say I am proud of you won’t suffice! Once again, congratulations on this milestone.

Soaking in the long weekend with sunshine, SPF and a book that truly resonates. Just received Quarterback by Nadine – and I couldn’t be more excited to dive in. As and immigrant woman who’s had to navigate the challenges of building a new professional life, the journey wasn’t easy

Juliette M.
As an immigrant, I remember navigating my early career either feeling incredibly seen or deeply unsure. This book is for us stepping into new spaces as “first” without the luxury of a parent, friend or mentor to lean on… at least at the start.
